Sonoran Beauty Academy (“we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This page describes how we handle information submitted through our website forms and the staff portal.

Information we collect

When you submit an admissions or contact form, we collect the name, email, phone (if provided), program interest, and message you enter. Staff portal accounts store username, email, role, and hashed passwords.

How we use information

Lead information is used to respond to your inquiry and manage admissions follow-up. Portal data is used to operate school software modules (students, schedule, issues, etc.).

Storage

Data for this local deployment is stored in SQLite on the host running the application and may also be appended to a local JSONL log file for leads. Optional email notification via Resend may be configured by the operator.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Access is limited to authorized staff with portal accounts.
